Why I believe in body driven nutrition ...I am on a mission to change the way people see their body and help them see the incredible intelligence it holds that is so clear when you start looking at it from a nutrigenomic, metabolic, and microbiome level.

My aim is to help people take back the wisdom of our ancestors that understood how to use the tool of nutrition for optimizing the human form and function by shaping the best expression of their genes. This was the gold - the ability to ensure the highest quality lineage carried forward by the daily acts of nutrition. They knew what what food was the highest priority and what to avoid. Although, we may have lost this knowledge in the form of passed down understanding, we now have access to cutting edge tools to give us the same insight.
My background in biochemical processes through my undergraduate studies, in strategic and systems analysis and operational processes through my military experience, and my advanced education in nutrition and integrative health through my graduate degree and board certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, and my advanced training in functional lab assessments and Nutrigenomics makes me uniquely skilled at deciphering the body's nutritional master design. I have leveraged my expertise and a keen ability to seek out the most cutting edge and comprehensive microbiome, metabolic, and nutrigenomic tools available that work synergistically to clearly delineate the body's master design to unlock any body's specific nutritional needs. |
