You Have A Nutritional Master Design that NEVER changes

The cells in your body completely turnover every 7 years.  In fact, every day ~300 billion cells are replaced.  This means the physical body you have at this moment is not the same as 7 years ago ... some of it is not even the same as yesterday.  However, what always remains from day-to-day and throughout your life is your master design - your genes.

Does this mean you are limited to the genes you inherited? Does this mean that you are stuck with the body see before you?  NO!  In fact, it is the exact opposite!  Although your genes don't change, the outcome (think form and function of your body) is 95% within your control.  If you want to change the form, you need to change the input and change the guidance.  Actually, if you don't like the form you see or it is not functioning to your highest potential it is most likely that it is not getting the guidance aligned to create the form and function you desire.  This means that what you don't like is feedback that what you are putting in isn't a fit for your body.

Genes & nutrition are like a lock & key to completely reshape your body! 

This means that every day you have the potential to influence those genes and reshape your body to be at its greatest potential.  How do you do that? You start adding in the information, guidance, and codes to build your body with the resources (nutrients) based on on your unique design.

Your master design is driven by nutrients! 
When we think of genes we typically think of disease risk, this is a limited lens.  When you learn about the genes from a nutritional lens, which most doctors are not even trained in, you learn that many of the genes are what determine the function of our biochemistry and metabolic pathways, actually building how the body runs and operates.  So how can we effectively move our biochemistry and metabolic pathways if we don't know our genetic template? 

Think of this in terms of a computer that starts getting bogged down and not operating at top speed and performance.  When looking to determine where the error is and to determine the line of code to fix the error or create an update the first question is always what is the make, model and operating system.  This is because the codes to fix the error is dependent upon the specific make, model and operating system.  When it comes to the body, the codes we use are nutrients and when they are aligned to our body's make, model and operating system (as defined by our genes) we can correct the errors (signs/symptoms).


In one minute our body conducts >1,000,000 biochemical and metabolic reactions.  
What guides, directs, and resources these reactions is nutrients.  Therefore, when things start going out of operation and not functioning fully it means that there is a nutrient that is missing, blocked, or being redirected elsewhere.  How to know what nutrients your body needs most, where are the common blocks or redirections occurring?  Well, that will depend on your body (e.g. microbiome status - how well you are making and absorbing your nutrients, your metabolic pathways - the flow of nutrients to get where they need to go for the body to function, and most importantly your genes - the template that the operations and forms build from). 

Signs and Symptoms Are Like Error Codes
Going back to the computer analogy, if you start getting an error code or if your computer signals it is in need for an update and you simply close the alert without taking action, in time what will happen to your computer?  Will it start operating better or eventually will it need to be fixed?  Closing the alert on a computer is similar to us trying to silence or numb the body's feedback (via sign/symptom).  This feedback is from the body is signaling one of your operations is not functioning fully or that a key nutrient that it needs to do its job is missing, blocked, or redirected.  In the effort to close or silence the feedback are you missing the critical data to solve for what your unique body needs most and where the blocks stem from that create health "issues".  How much easier would it be if you received the signal and gave the body what it needs?
